  Calm and meticulous, always smiling, Mélanie always finds a solution to any situation. Mother of a young impetuous girl, Melanie loves nature and walks in the forest. This must be where she finds peace after a full day’s work!

  Pierre joined the management team in 2003, backed by an extensive background in marketing and a strong passion for customer service, easily shared with his staff. Sports-loving and member of the Brunet biking team, Pierre takes the time to ride, often early in the morning. Father of three boys, he helps soccer coaches winter and summer. He knows how to involve others with his energy and humour.

  Simon joined the Finium group in 2005, bringing about a major change in production methods. Disciplined, orderly and methodical, Simon is an excellent communicator with a strong background in coloration, another feather in his cap. Along with his strong interests, two children and initiatives as a microbrewer (he is a real “craft beer” fan), he has a solid background in computer technology and a talent for renovation, especially when it involves wood products, and is an innovative handyman.
